There have been a lot of exciting developments lately surrounding my book, ‘Reasons To Live One More Day, Every Day,’ but by far the most exciting, is that it has just been accepted as a mental health resource by NSW Health’s Midnorth Coast Local Health District!
After 3 months of discussions, which involved me speaking at the Coffs Harbour Base Hospital’s mental health facility, attending meetings with consumer advisory panel members, and putting my book forward for review by 3 of their members, I was recently advised that my book had been accepted!
This means that 10 copies of Reasons To Live will now be distributed between Port Macquarie, Kempsey, and Coffs Harbour’s mental health inpatient units and libraries. This is beyond exciting, because it means my book will finally be reaching people where they need it most!
Thank you to everyone who has been involved in supporting me on this journey, and spreading the message of living #OneMoreDayEveryDay. Together, we can change our culture and show our loved ones that there’s no shame in seeking help!
Remember, you can also follow Reasons To Live on Facebook for plenty of inspiring, educational and thought provoking content, and if you’re interested in a copy for yourself, a loved one, or your business, copies are available via jasrawlinson.com
